摘要
云南铜业原有的阴极半自动加工机组存在流程繁琐、劳动强度高、作业安全风险高、生产效率低、阴极合格率低等问题,公司针对上述问题,并根据现有设备,研制了配套的自动化加工机组,并且首创采用了始极片宽条纹压纹和拍打校平的组合整形工艺。相较于原来的半自动加工机组,该自动加工机组生产效率从200片/h上升到大于360片/h,整形合格率从低于70%上升到90%以上,悬垂度得到大幅改善,各个工位可靠衔接、运行顺畅、故障率较低,而且减少了岗位操作人员约10人,取得了显著的经济效益,该阴极加工机组的改造经验可为相关企业提供参考。
The original cathode semi-automatic machining unit of Yunnan Copper has problems such as excessively detailed process,high labor intensity,high operational safety risk,low production efficiency and low cathode pass rate.In response to the above problems,the company has developed a complete automated machining unit based on existing equipment,which innovatively adopted the shaping process combining wide stripe embossing and tapping leveling.Compared with the original semi-automatic machining unit,the production efficiency of the automatic machining unit increased from 200 pieces/h to more than 360 pieces/h,and the shaping qualification rate increased from less than 70%to over 90%,and the drape was greatly improved.The reliable connection,smooth operation,low failure rate,and reduced post operators by about 10 people,have achieved significant economic benefits.The experience of the reformation of the cathode machining unit can provide reference for related companies.
