摘要
本文研究了扩散退火工艺对低敏感型、高温用5J0756热双金属带材的界面扩散层厚度、力学性能、结合强度和电阻率等性能的影响。结果表明:扩散层厚度随着热处理温度升高略有增厚;随着热处理温度升高、保温时间延长,材料的强度、硬度有降低趋势,延伸率增加,总体上材料热处理后的结合强度良好;随着热处理温度升高,热处理后带材的电阻率略有上升。
In this paper,the effect of the different diffusion annealing process on the thickness of the interface diffusion layer,mechanical properties,bond strength,and resistivity of the thermostat bimetal 5J0756 was investigated.The results show that the diffusion layer thickness increases;with the increase of diffusion annealing temperature,the strength Vickers hardness declines and the elongation stain high,the bond strength is very well,the diffusion annealing temperature slightl effects on the resistivity of the thermostat bimetal.
