新型胶凝材料在某铁矿配比方案优化中的应用 被引量:9

Application of a New Cementitious Material in the Optimization of Proportioning Scheme of an Iron Ore

摘要 为解决国内某铁矿充填成本高,充填体早期强度低,充填料浆堵管等问题,基于正交试验展开了充填配比方案优化设计。试验以胶凝材料类型(A)、质量浓度(B)、灰砂比(C)为影响因素,以尾砂料浆塌落度、尾砂胶结体3d、7d、28d单轴抗压强度为评价指标,运用极差和方差分析法对比研究了各因素对试验指标的敏感性。极差分析表明:对胶结体3d、7d强度影响顺序为A>C>B,对胶结体28d强度的影响顺序C>A>B,对全尾砂料浆塌落度的影响顺序为B>A>C。方差分析表明:胶凝材料类型对胶结体3d强度影响显著;灰砂比及胶凝材料类型对胶结体7d强度影响显著;各因素对胶结体28d强度均无显著影响;料浆浓度对全尾砂料浆塌落度影响显著。最终,根据充填工程实际需求,推荐的最优方案胶凝材料类型为TC-Ⅱ,料浆质量浓度为76%,灰砂比为1∶6。 In order to solve the problems such as high filling cost,poor early strength of filling body and pipe plugging of filling slurry in a domestic iron mine,the optimization of filling proportioning scheme was carried out based on orthogonal tests.In the tests,the type of cementitious material(A),the mass concentration(B)and the ratio of lime to sand(C)were taken as the influencing factors,and the slump of tailings slurry,the uniaxial compressive strength of tailings cement in 3,7 and 28 days were taken as the evaluation indexes.The sensitivity of each factor to the test indexes was compared by range and variance analysis.The range analysis showed that the influences order was A>C>B for the strength of cementation in 3,7 days,C>A>B for that in 28 days,and B>A>C for the slump of the whole tailings slurry.Variance analysis showed that the cementitious material had a significant impact on the cement strength in 3 days;the ratio of lime to sand and the cementitious material had a significant impact on the cement strength in 7 days;each factor had no significant impact on the cement strength in 28 days;and the slurry concentration had a significant impact on the slump of the whole tailings slurry.Finally,according to the actual needs of filling engineering,Tc-Ⅱwas recommended as the optimal cementitious material type,the mass concentration of slurry was 76%,and the cement-sand ratio was 1∶6.
