胆囊小细胞型神经内分泌癌二例病理分析并文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 胆囊小细胞型神经内分泌癌(gallbladder small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma,GB-SCNEC)是一种非常少见的高度恶性肿瘤,占胆囊所有恶性肿瘤的0.5%[1]。由于患者缺乏典型的临床特征,故容易漏诊误诊。本研究分析2例GB-SCNEC临床及病理资料,从而为今后的诊断和治疗提供参考依据。
