收入质量及其对农户创业决策的影响研究——基于鲁、豫、陕、甘4省1373份农户调查数据

Income Quality and Its Impact on Farm Household’s Entrepreneurial Decision——Empirical Evidence of 1373 Farm Households in Shangdong,Henan,Shaanxi,Gansu

本文基于"森"的可行能力理论视角界定了收入质量内涵,试图突破以往收入引致经济活动效果研究中因过度强调收入的数量属性而产生的解析局限性,并分别从"低水平"、"中等水平"、"高水平"三个层次和"收入的充足性"、"收入的结构性"、"收入的成长性"、"收入的成本性"、"收入的知识性"五个不同维度论证与估计收入质量对农户"不创业"、"计划创业"、"正在创业"决策的影响。在对收入质量测度和农户创业决策状态识别基础上,本文运用Multinomial Logistic回归模型对来自鲁、豫、陕、甘四省1373份的实地调查数据进行计量分析并发现:相较于低水平收入质量,中等水平收入质量对农户计划创业决策促进作用显著,而高水平收入质量对农户正在创业行为促进作用显著;收入的充足性和收入的知识性水平越高,收入的成长性和收入的成本性越低,越有利于农户作出实施创业的决策;收入的充足性越低和收入的知识性越高,越有助于农户作出计划创业的决策;收入的结构性对农户创业决策影响不显著。

On the basis of Sen’s Capability Approach, this study initially sheds light on the impact of income quality on entrepreneurial decision by using survey data of 1373 farm Households from rural China. Multinomial Logistic is applied to analyze the impact of income quality on farmer household’s different entrepreneurial decision based on the assessment of income quality and identification of different decision-makers. Results show that a higher level of income quality leads to a positive and significant impact on planning and engaging in entrepreneurship. Moreover, a higher level of income adequacy and literacy leads to a higher level of propensity to plan and engage in entrepreneurship, while a higher level of income growth and income cost decreases the probability for farm Household to take part in entrepreneurship. Eventually, the influence of income structure on farm household’s entrepreneurial decision is not significant.
