The CPPCC is the Historical and Legal Logic of "National Governance System" and Its Significance in the New Era--The CPPCC Should Set Off with the Sound of the Charge after Seventy Years of Establishment

人民政协70年来“一次奠基,三次变革”,符合历史逻辑的伟大转型。习近平总书记基于辩证唯物主义、历史唯物主义世界观、方法论提出人民政协是“国家治理体系”的重要思想,具有深刻的历史与法理逻辑,是人民政协实现新时代中国特色社会主义宏伟目标所具有划时代意义的转折点,人民政协应当迎着成立七十年后再出发所吹响的冲锋号,深化习近平“广泛商量”的思想,“硬化”政协功能。

This paper expounds that the CPPCC has laid a foundation and made three changes in the past 70 years,which is a great transformation in line with historical logic.It is pointed out that general secretary Xi Jinping put forward that the CPPCC is an important thought of national governance system.Based on dialectical materialism,historical materialism world outlook and methodology,it has profound historical and legal logic.It is an epoch-making turning point for the CPPCC to achieve the grand goal of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The CPPCC should set off with the sound of the charge after seventy years of establishment,improving the function of the CPPCC.Even if there is a long way to go,we need to forge ahead.
