随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代,统一战线凝聚共识、巩固共同思想政治基础任务更加艰巨繁重,应把统一战线干部教育培训作为争取人心、汇聚力量的重要载体,在统一战线事业发展中发挥更大作用。新时代抓好统一战线干部教育培训工作,应从“把牢培训方向、找准培训对象、夯实培训阵地、强化培训量化”四个方面抓落实。

With the socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,the task of united front to build consensus and consolidate common ideological and political foundation is more arduous.We should take the education and training of the united front cadres as an important carrier to win people's hearts and gather strength,and play a greater role in the development of the united front cause.In the new era,to do a good job in the education and training of cadres,we should "grasp the training direction,identify the training object,consolidate the training position and strengthen the training quantification".
