摘要
以羊肚菌子实体为研究材料,研究了酶提羊肚菌子实体多糖的抗氧化和抗衰老活性。对比试验结果表明,羊肚菌多糖对小白鼠SOD、GSH-Px、MDA等抗氧化能力有一定的影响,对ALT、AST、BUN等血清生化指标也有影响,并且不同剂量的影响效果也有差别,但总体上都能不同程度地提高小白鼠的抗氧化和抗衰老能力,是一种理想的抗衰老保健产品,可以为羊肚菌多糖抗衰老产品的研发提供参考。
The antioxidative and anti-aging activities of Polysaccharides from the zymotic fruit bodies of Morchella were studied.The results showed that Morchella polysaccharide had some effects on the antioxidant capacity of SOD, GSH Px, MDA, alt, AST,bun and other serum biochemical indexes of mice, and the effects of different doses were also different, but in general, it could improve the antioxidant and anti-aging capacity of mice in different degrees, and it was an ideal anti-aging health care product,which could be used for sheep The research and development of anti-aging products of Tripterygium polysaccharide can provide reference.
