Antioxidation and Anti-aging Effects of Polysaccharides from Zymotic Fruit Bodies of Morchella

以羊肚菌子实体为研究材料,研究了酶提羊肚菌子实体多糖的抗氧化和抗衰老活性。对比试验结果表明,羊肚菌多糖对小白鼠SOD、GSH-Px、MDA等抗氧化能力有一定的影响,对ALT、AST、BUN等血清生化指标也有影响,并且不同剂量的影响效果也有差别,但总体上都能不同程度地提高小白鼠的抗氧化和抗衰老能力,是一种理想的抗衰老保健产品,可以为羊肚菌多糖抗衰老产品的研发提供参考。
