Cost Analysis and Control of Lentinus edodes Cultivation Based on Comparative Analysis

为了控制香菇栽培成本,在对香菇栽培成本进行分析的基础上,采用了比较分析的方法,对香菇栽培的原材料成本、人工成本、能源成本、固定资产折旧费和土地租赁成本等进行了综合比较分析,并提出香菇栽培的总成本与栽培方式也有密切关系。香菇栽培成本的控制,要从技术手段和科学管控两方面入手综合考虑。研究结果对我国香菇栽培和产业发展具有一定的指导意义。

In order to control the planting cost of Lentinus edodes, based on the analysis of the planting cost of L. edodes, a comparative analysis method is adopted to make a comprehensive comparative analysis of the raw material cost, labor cost, en-ergy cost, depreciation cost of fixed assets and land lease cost of L. edodes planting, and the total cost of L. edodes planting is also closely related to the planting mode. The cost control of mushroom planting should be considered comprehensively from two aspects of technical means and scientific control. The results of this study have certain guiding significance for the cultivation and industrial development of L. edodes in China.
