一种基于可控负荷效率控制的孤岛微网新型调度策略 被引量:10

摘要 针对现阶段风/光/柴/蓄微网(microgrid,MG)中具有效率-功率特性的可控负荷未被妥善利用的问题,该文提出一种基于可控负荷效率控制的孤岛MG新型调度策略。量化分析了电池储能系统储能与海水淡化设备产出的价值属性,提出基于功率阈值判断的效率控制方法。进而,引入富余能源概率密度函数,通过蒙特卡洛抽样模拟源荷实时出力,获得日前视角下的富余功率分布情况。最后,以MG日运行费用最少为目标,建立基于单一功率指标控制的MG调度优化模型。仿真结果表明,可控负荷削峰填谷和平抑功率波动的能力得到充分利用,MG的运行成本得以显著降低。该文为包含可控负荷的微网经济运行策略制定提供了一个全新的视角。 Considering the problem that the controllable loads with power-efficiency characteristic are not properly utilized in the wind/photovoltaic/diesel/battery microgrid(MG), a novel dispatching strategy for islanded MG was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the value attributes between battery energy storage system(BESS) storage and seawater desalination equipment(SDE) output were quantitatively analyzed, and an efficiency control method according to power threshold judgment was proposed. Moreover, using the introduced probability density function of surplus energy, the real-time output of source-load by Monte Carlo sampling was simulated to obtain the distribution of surplus power in day-ahead stage. Finally, aiming at minimizing the daily operation cost of MG, an optimization model based on single power index control was established. Simulation results show that the controllable load is fully utilized to achieve peak shaving, valley filling and power smoothing, and the operation cost of MG can be significantly reduced. This paper provides a new perspective for formulating economic operation strategy of MG integrated with controllable load.
