Construction of Embedded Discipline Service Value Evaluation System Based on User Experience and Perception

基于用户体验与感知视角,结合学科服务评价的SUB-SERVQUAL模型,构建集"读者用户、科研用户、课堂用户、学科用户"于一体的嵌入式学科服务测评体系。实验以问卷调查的形式获取影响用户体验与感知的信息质量因素,利用SPSS15.0和结构方程对测评模型进行信度、效度验证,进而分析嵌入式学科服务影响用户体验与感知价值的重要因素。

Based on the user experience and perception perspective,combined with the SUB-SERVQUAL model of subject service evaluation,this paper constructs a embedded subject service evaluation system integrating readers,research users,classroom users and subject users.The experiment obtains the information quality factors affecting user experience and perception in the form of questionnaires.The reliability and validity of the evaluation model are verified by SPSS15.0 and structural equations.This paper analyzes the important factors that affect user experience and perceived value.
