中文创业人格问卷测评大学生样本的效度和信度 被引量:2

Validity and Reliability of the Entrepreneurial Personality Questionnaire in Chinese University Students

摘要 目的:在大学生群体中引入创业人格评估工具,并考察中文创业人格问卷的信度和效度。方法:通过问卷调查法调查了1008名大学生,用以检验中文创业人格问卷的结构效度、聚合和区分效度、内部一致性信度和组合信度等。另用大五人格量表简化版、大学生主动性人格问卷、创业自我效能量表、创业意向量表在148人中检验效标关联效度。间隔2周后抽取103人进行重测信度检验。结果:①中文版创业人格问卷包括主动性、创新性、洞察与识别、机会利用和价值驱动5个因子,共28个条目,5因子模型拟合指数为χ^2/df=3.882,CFI=0.915,TLI=0.936,RMSEA=0.048,SRMR=0.041,模型拟合良好。中文创业人格问卷的五因子的AVE均大于0.5,CR均大于0.7,且CR>AVE>MSV,因子间相关系数均小于AVE。创业人格均与主动性人格、创业自我效能、创业意向呈显著正相关,与大五人格中的开放性、尽责性、神经质、外向性均存在显著正相关。总量表的Cronbach’s α系数为0.823,重测信度为0.774。结论:中文创业人格问卷具有较好的信效度,可用于评估大学生群体的创业人格。 Objective:To introduce the Measure of Entrepreneurial Talents and Abilities(META),and apply it to Chinese university students.Methods:A total 1008 university students were recruited from three samplings.148 of 1008 students were asked to complete the simplified version of Neuroticism Extraversion Openness Five-Factor Inventory,the Proactive Personality Questionnaire of University Students,the Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy Scale and the Entrepreneurial Intention Scale.Results:Exploratory analysis yielded five reliable dimensions(proactive,creative,vision and identification,opportunity exploitation and value driven)in the questionnaire.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the five-factor model of CFQ provided a good fit with the data(χ^2/df=3.882,CFI=0.915,TLI=0.936,RMSEA=0.048,SRMR=0.041).The composite reliability,average variance extract,maximum shared variance and average shared variance index of META were good fit the psychometrics standards.Correlation analysis showed that entrepreneurial personality,entrepreneurial self-efficacy,proactive personality,big five personality and entrepreneurial intention were significantly and positively correlated with each other.The Cronbach'sαof the questionnaire was 0.823,and the test-retest reliabilities was 0.774.Conclusion:The Chinese entrepreneurial personality questionnaire is a valid and reliable instrument to assess the entrepreneurial per・sonality in Chinese university students.
