抑郁症社交距离量表中文版的信效度研究

Reliability and Validity of the Chinese Version of Depression Social Distance Scale

目的:检验抑郁症社交距离量表(Depression Social Distance Scale,DSDS)中文版在中国大学生群体中的信度和效度。方法:采用DSDS和贬低-歧视感知量表(Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination scale,PDD)中文版对488名不同年级和专业的大学生施测并于两周后对其中205人进行重测。结果:DSDS内部一致性系数为0.75,重测信度为0.82。探索性因素分析表明,抽取1个因素最为合适,累积方差贡献率为41.75%;验证性因素分析显示,单因素模型具有良好的拟合;抑郁症社交距离与贬低-歧视感知显著正相关(r=0.291,P<0.01),其中与感知贬低和感知歧视均显著正相关(r=0.233,P<0.01;r=0.374,P<0.001)。结论:抑郁症社交距离量表中文版信效度指标良好,适用于中国大学生群体。

Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Depression Social Distance Scale(DSDS)in Chinese uni-versity students.Methods:488 university students were tested by using the DSDS and the Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination scale,in which 205 students were retested after two weeks.Results:The internal consistency and test-retest reliabil-itycoefficients of the DSDS was 0.75 and 0.82 respectively.The exploratory factor analysis showed that DSDS consisted of one factor,accounting for 41.75%of the total variance.The confirmatory factor analysis identified a single factor model.Social distance was positively correlated with the perceived devaluation-discrimination(r=0.291,P<0.01),including perceived devaluation and perceived discrimination(r=0.233,P<0.01;r=0.374,P<O.O1).Conclusion:The Chinese Version of Depression Social Distance Scale is a reliable and valid instrument in Chinese university students.
