摘要
目的:探讨企业员工工作家庭促进、心理资本和职业生涯成功三者间的关系。方法:以工作家庭促进问卷、心理资本量表和职业生涯成功问卷为测量工具对北京、郑州、新乡三个城市的554名员工进行调查。结果:①工作家庭促进与心理资本显著正相关,工作家庭促进与职业生涯成功显著正相关,心理资本与职业生涯成功显著正相关;②工作家庭促进不仅可以直接预测职业生涯成功,还可以通过心理资本间接预测职业生涯成功。结论:心理资本在工作家庭促进与职业生涯成功之间起部分中介作用。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between work family facilitation,psychological capital and career success.Methods:A Sample of 554 employees in Beijing,Zhengzhou and Xinxiang were measured using the Work-Family Facilitation Scale,Psychological Capital Scale and Career Success Scale to investigate.Results:①There was a significant correlation between work-family facilitation,psychological capital and career success,©work-family facilitation not only directly affected career success,but also indirectly affected career success through psychological capital.Conclusion:Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between work promotion family and career success.
