摘要
针对目前国内移动语言学习资源开发与利用不足、移动语言学习研究领域用户接受度研究较少的现状,文章基于整合型技术接受与使用统一理论2(UTAUT2)模型,以日语移动学习为例,提出移动语言学习用户接受模型。研究发现,学生总体接受度较高,绩效期望、持续促进条件及习惯直接影响使用意愿,再间接影响使用行为。社会影响和启动促进条件影响持续促进条件,努力期待影响绩效期望,享乐动机和价值权衡影响使用习惯和绩效期望。通过方差分析结果表明,不同年级、专业、日语水平、学习经验和使用经验的用户在使用行为、社会影响、启动促进条件、合理性权衡、使用习惯、持续使用意愿等方面具有显著差异。在此基础上对国内移动语言学习资源开发与利用给出了相关策略建议。
In view of the current lack of development and utilization of Mobile-Assisted Language Learning(MALL) resources and the lack of user acceptance research in MALL in China, this study proposes a User Acceptance Model for MALL, based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2(UTAUT2) model, taking MALL-Japanese as an example. The findings indicate that college students have a higher overall acceptance of MALL-Japanese. Performance expectancy(PE), facilitating conditions of continued use(FCC) and habit(HT) are the influence factors on the behavioral intention(BI), which is the only influence factor on the use behavior(UB). Social influence(SI) and facilitating conditions of start-up(FCS) influence FCC. Effort expectancy influences PE,hedonic motivation and price value influence HT and PE. The results of ANOVA show that users of different grades, majors, Japanese levels, learning experience and using experience have significant differences in terms of UB, SI, FCS, PV1, HT, BI1. On this basis, this study gives some strategic suggestions on the development and utilization of MALL resources in China.
