《伤寒论》六经分治筋伤取穴特点及辨证诊疗分析

Analysis on Characteristics of Acupoints and Dialectical Diagnosis-Treatment of in Treating Soft Tissue Injury of Six Meridians Under Treatise on Febrile Diseases

近些年来,临床软组织损伤发病率逐渐增加,针灸是我国特有内病外治的方法,对软组织损伤患者治疗效果理想。针灸联合一定操作办法,使腧穴和经脉起到传导影响,进而对全身疾病有治疗作用。《伤寒论》为医圣张仲景所著,对外感病的治疗规律进行了详细阐述,其主要贡献之一为首次构建了完整辨证论治的体系。本研究经过结合伤寒论内针灸穴位功效与三阴三阳的辨证诊疗体系,总结了太阳、少阴、少阳、厥阴、阳明和太阴诊断要素与针灸辨证的策略,归纳了临床软组织损伤患者不同病情可选取不同的穴位治疗,对于临床医师知常能力的提升有重要意义。

In recent years,the incidence of clinical soft tissue injury has gradually increased.Acupuncture is a unique method for the treatment of endogenous diseases in China.It is effective for patients with soft tissue injury.Acupuncture and moxibustion through a certain operation method,so that the acupoints and meridians play a conductive role,and then play a therapeutic role in systemic diseases.Treatise on Febrile Diseases is written by ZHANG Zhongjing,a medical doctor.The treatment of external susceptibility is elaborated.One of the main contributions is to construct a system of complete dialectical treatment for the first time.In this study,combined with the syndrome effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on the acupuncture and moxibustion,and the syndrome differentiation diagnosis and treatment system of Sanyin Sanyang,the strategies of the diagnosis factors of acu・puncture and moxibustion of Taiyang,Shaoyin,Shaoyang,Jueyin,Yangming and Taiyin were summarized,and the clinical soft tissue injury was summarized.Patients with different acupoints can choose different acupoints for treatment,which is of great significance for the improvement of the clinician's ability to know.
