摘要
据WHO年报资料显示:在全球看来,当今恶性肿瘤的发病率及死亡率表现为一种逐渐上升的趋势,甚至对发展中国家而言,其癌谱表现出与发达国家常见肿瘤并存的现象,其中对大多数恶性肿瘤而言,化疗药物成为了中晚期及术后的辅助疗法。结合临床观察,正如中医的"热者寒之、寒者热之"等理论,可猜测化疗药物的寒热与肿瘤的阴阳之性之间存在关联趋同性,这种特性有助于促进肿瘤的治疗疗效。根据"察色按脉,先别阴阳"的中医辨证,结合西医中肿瘤的好发部位、病理类型等辨别肿瘤的寒热之性,然后针对性地分析化疗药物的寒热属性,将化疗药物的寒热及肿瘤的温凉之性相结合,从而对肿瘤有更好的"穿透力"、"破坏力",甚至对淋巴及远处转移达到一种更好的抑制作用。
1.According to the WHO annual report,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors are on the rise globally.Even for developing countries,their cancer spectrum shows the coexistence of common tumors in developed countries.For most malignant tumors,chemotherapeutic drugs have become adjuvant therapies in advanced and post-operative stages.2.Combining with clinical observation,just like the theory of“heat is cold,cold is heat”of traditional Chinese medicine,we can speculate that there is a relationship between the cold and heat of chemotherapy drugs and the Yin-Yang nature of tumors,which is helpful to promote the therapeutic effect of tumors.3.According to the traditional Chinese medicine dialectics of “observing color according to pulse,distinguishing Yin and Yang first”,distinguishing the cold and heat of tumors according to the location and pathological type of tumors in western medicine,then analyzing the cold and heat attributes of chemotherapeutic drugs,combining the cold and heat of chemotherapeutic drugs with the warmth and cooling of tumors,so as to have better u penetrating power",destructive power"to tumors,and even to lymph nodes and distant metastasis.To achieve a better inhibition.
