中药外敷联合奥施康定在肺鳞癌患者癌痛治疗中的应用研究

Clinical Research on External Application of Chinese Herbs Combined with Oshicontin for Pain on Advanced Lung Squamous Cell Carcinoma

目的:观察中药外敷联合奥施康定治疗癌性疼痛的临床疗效。方法将2016年4月~2017年1月我科96例晚期肺鳞癌癌痛病员作为研究对象,随机分为2组,研究组(48例)和对照组(48例),其中研究组采用中药外敷痛处联合奥施康定,对照组只口服奥施康定。结果两组癌痛缓解的有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05),但是研究组每天口服奥施康定的剂量和不良反应均比对照组少,KPS评分改善情况高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药外敷联合奥施康定有效缓解肺癌癌痛、不良反应减少,患者的生活质量显著提高,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the external application of Chinese herbs combined with Oshicontin for pain on lung squamous cell carcinoma.Methods:A total of 96patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(48cases)re・ceived Chinese herbs combined with Oshicontin,and the controlled group(48cases)received only Oshicontin.Rsults:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.6%)was higher than that of the controlled group(91.7%).The two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The dosages and adverse reactions of the observation group were less than those of the controlled group,and the KPS score was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External application of traditional Chinese herbs combined with Oshicontin in the treatment of lung cancer pain is better,less side effects,significantly improved the quality of life of patients.
