运动疗法联合郑氏二号熏洗药治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying Exercise Therapy Combined with ZHENG’s Fumigation and Washing Medcine Ⅱ in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察运动疗法联合郑氏二号熏洗药治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月~2016年12月我院门诊诊治的膝关节骨关节炎120例,随机分成3组。A组予运动疗法治疗,B组予郑氏二号熏洗药治疗,C组予运动疗法联合郑氏二号熏洗药治疗。所有患者均连续治疗6周,治疗结束后4周分别采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评估疼痛程度,Lysholm评分评价膝关节功能和临床疗效。结果:所有患者均获得随访(6~12)月,平均(8.8±1.6)月。三组患者治疗后4周的Lysholm评分较治疗前显著增高、VAS评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),其中A、B组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组改善优于A、B组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。C组有效率(33/40,82.50%)显著高于A组(26/40,65.00%)、B组(27/40,67.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次随访时,A组13例复发(32.50%),B组11例复发(27.50%),C组2例复发(5.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动疗法联合郑氏二号熏洗药治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效显著,可有效缓解疼痛、改善膝关节功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of applying exercise therapy combined with ZHENG's Fumigation and Washing Medcine II in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:120cases of knee osteoarthritis from June 2015to December 2016in our hospital outpatient treatment were andomly divided into three groups.The group A was treated with exercise therapy,the group B was treated with ZHENG's Fumigation and Washing Medcine II and the group C was treated with exercise therapy combined with ZHENG's Fumigation and Washing Medcine II.All patients were treated continuously for 6weeks.Pain level was evaluated by pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Lysholm score was used to evaluate knee function and clinical efficacy at 4weeks after treatment.Results:All patients were followed up for(6~12)months,with an average of(8.8±1.6)months.The Lysholm score of the three groups of patients after 4weeks treatment were significantly higher and VAS score were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the group A and the group B(P>0.05).But the group C was better than the group A and B(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The effective rate of the group A(33/40,82.50%)was significantly higher than that of the group A(26/40,65.00%)and the group B(27/40,67.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).13cases of relapse in the group A(32.50%),11 cases of relapse in the group B(27.50%)and 2cases of relapse in the group C(5.00%)at the last follow-up,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of using exercise therapy combined with ZHENG's Fumigation and Washing Medcine II in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is remarkable,can effectively relieve pain,improve knee function,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
