摘要
目的:应用自拟明目地黄汤治疗老年性白内障患者,观察其对患者视力、抗氧化指标的影响。方法:选取2015年12月~2017年12月于本院进行治疗的100例老年白内障患者为研究对象,按随机数表法将患者分为观察组及对照组各50例,对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上加用明目地黄汤治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效,视力、晶状体浑浊以及抗氧化指标的改善情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率、视力水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组晶状体平均灰度值、晶状体厚度、晶状体混浊面积均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、人过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(TAC)、维生素E(VitE)水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:明目地黄汤治疗老年白内障患者,临床疗效显著,明显提高患者视力及抗氧化指标水平,临床应用价值较大。
Objective:To treat senile cataract patients with Self-made Mingmu Dihuang Decoction and observe the effect on visual acuity and antioxidant indexes.Methods:One hundred senile cataract patients who were treated in the hospital from December 2015to December 2017were enrolled in the study.They were divided into observation group and controlled group by the random number table method,50cases in each group.The controlled group was given conventional western medicine.On the basis,the observation group was treated with Self-made Mingmu Dihuang Decoction.The clinical curative effect,visual acuity,improvement of lens turbidity and antioxidant indexes were observed.Results:The total effective rate and visual acuity of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the controlled group after treatment(P<0.05).The average gray value,lens thickness and area of lens turbidity of the observation group were significantly smaller than those of the controlled group(P<0.05).The levels of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),human catalase(CAT),total antioxidant capacity(TAC)and vitamin E(VitE)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mingmu Dihuang Decoction is effective in the treatment of senile cataract patients.It can significantly improve the visual acuity and antioxidant indexes.
