点穴揉筋法治疗膝骨关节炎伴功能障碍疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Applying Point Kneading Method in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Combined with Dysfunction

目的:客观评价点穴揉筋法对膝骨关节炎疼痛的临床疗效,进而分析其作用机制。方法:选择76例膝骨关节炎伴有功能障碍的患者,随机分为治疗组38例、对照组38例。治疗组运用点穴揉筋法配合常规下肢皮肤牵引疗法治疗,对照组仅使用下肢皮肤牵引治疗。统计分析治疗前后各项评价指标数据。结果:治疗关节前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、WOMAC指数、关节活动度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05):验证运用点穴揉筋法治疗早、中期膝骨关节炎伴有功能障碍是一种有效方法。

Objective:To objectively evaluate the clinical effect of point point kneading method on knee osteoarthritis pain and analyze its mechanism.Methods:76patients with knee osteoarthritis with dysfunction were selected and randomly divided into 38patients in the treatment group and 38patients in the controlled group.In the treatment group,the use of point kneading combined with conventional skin traction for lower limbs was selected,while in the controlled group,only the skin traction for lower limbs was used.Statistical analysis of the evaluation indicators before and after treatment.Results:Before and after treatment,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,WOMAC index and range of motion were statistically significant(P<0.05).
