研究生就业观对专业就业匹配的影响关系研究

Impact of Graduate Employment Concept on Professional Employment Match: Based on Survey Data of Graduate Students in Agricultural and Forestry Colleges

经济高质量发展需要高质量人才支撑,而研究生就业与专业匹配程度是影响高质量人才的重要因素。利用中部某农林院校研究生就业调查数据,构建定序Logit模型,探讨研究生就业观对其专业就业匹配的影响作用。研究发现:研究生就业态度、就业期望、职业发展目标对其专业就业匹配有着积极影响,但择业观不对专业就业匹配产生影响;就业观对研究生专业就业匹配的影响因性别而有所差异,职业发展目标不对女性研究生的专业就业匹配产生影响。

High-quality economic development requires the support of high-quality talents,and whether graduate employment and professionalism are matched is an important factor,which will affect high-quality talents.Based on the employment survey data of graduate students in a certain Agricultural and Forestry College in central China,a sequence logit model is constructed to explore the influence of graduate employment concept on its professional employment matching.The research indicates that graduate employment attitudes,employment expectation and career development goals have positive influence on professional employment matching,but ca・reer choice does not affect the matching;employment view has different effects on graduate professional employment matching due to gender.The career development goal does not affect the professional employment match of female graduate students.
