摘要
公费师范生教育政策的实施取得了良好的效果和社会的广泛认可。自公费师范生教育政策实践以来,无论在招生专业还是就业形势方面都效果甚佳,具体表现为公费师范政策稳中有变、招生政策不断完善以及公费教育政策得到社会广泛认同等。然而,在这个过程中,公费师范生也表现出从事教师职业动机不明确、自我专业意识淡薄、内源性动力不足等问题。因此,应该从符号机制、文化机制与激励机制等三个方面来完善与优化公费师范生教育政策实施的动力机制,由此,探索出公费师范生教育政策实施的未来路向:首先,迈向"实践共同体",增强公费师范生职业意识的培养;其次,从"政策服从者"走向真正的"受惠主体",为公费师范生创造职业幸福感;最后,探求自我认同,激发公费师范生教师职业认同的内源动力。
The implementation of the education policy for teachers'college students with public funds has achieved good results in terms of both the enrollment specialty and the employment situation.However,in this process,the teachers'professional motivation is not clear,their professional consciousness is weak,and their internal motivation is insufficient.Therefore,we should perfect and optimize their motivation mechanism from three aspects,the symbol mechanism,the cultural mechanism and the incentive mechanism,so as to explore the future direction of the implementation of the policy:first,to move towards the 44practice community"and to enhance the training of their professional consciousness;second,to move from the**policy follower"to the real"receiving";finally,to explore the self-identity and stimulate their internal power of teachers*professional identity.
