受火钢框架的落锤冲击响应数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 运用有限元程序ABAQUS进行数值模拟,研究不同温度下受撞击载荷钢框架结构的动力响应和梁柱连接性能,重点考察了三种梁-柱连接形式:即全焊接连接、平齐式端板连接、外伸式端板连接等对钢框架抗冲击性能的影响。对于受火和自重作用的钢框架,比较了梁的跨中挠度和梁柱交点处沿梁方向的位移,以及结构在不同环境温度下的温度场;进而采用温度加载和落锤冲击共同作用,得出结构的梁柱节点破坏模式和钢梁的临界屈曲温度,以及落锤撞击过程中跨中挠度和撞击力的发展。模拟结果表明,外伸式连接框架高温作用下的抗落锤冲击性能最好。 This paper investigates the dynamic response and beam-column connection performance of steel frame structures under the combined action of fire and impact load through numerical simulation by finite element software ABAQUS.The influence of three types of beam-column joints including welded connection,flush endplate connection and extended endplate connection on the impact resistance of the frame under different temperatures is examined.The beam mid-span deflection,the displacement to the beam direction at the intersection of the beam and column,the temperature field of steel frame at different temperatures under dead load and fire are compared.Then the combined action of temperature loading and the drop hammer are considered.The joint failure patterns of the frame and critical buckling temperatures of the steel beam are obtained.The development of deflections at the middle span and the impact force are also presented.Numerical results indicate that the impact resistance of frame with extended connection under high temperature is the best.
