摘要
青年医师是医院发展的重要支撑和推动力,是医院获取竞争主动权的战略要素。本研究以武汉市为例,就公立医院青年医师培养存在的顶层战略谋划不足、职业生涯发展路径不明、业务和科研培训指导缺位等问题,通过院领导分组分片结对化、建立青年人才库、设置辅助管理岗位搭建发展通道、提升技术实践和学术创新能力、“社团化”模式等方式,完善普通青年医师培养策略。
Young doctors are the important support and impetus for the development of hospitals and the strategic elements to gain the competition.In view of some problems in the training of young physicians of public hospitals in Wuhan,such as insufficient top-level strategic planning,unclear career development path,absence of training guidance of professional and scientific research,the mode to improve the cultivation of young doctors in public hospitals was developed,including leaders'grouped partition pair,talent pool,management posts for development channels,cultivating technical and scientific talents,and"corporative"innovation model.
