Political Judgment and Risk Management: the Ningdu County Party Committee’s Countermeasures Against "7·22 Red Guard Incident"

1932年宁都"七廿二赤卫军事变",是该县反革命分子利用苏维埃政府工作人员的失误而进行的一次"破坏苏维埃的活动"。对此,宁都县委从政治角度出发,对这一事变的性质及当时的形势作出了科学认定和精准研判,并在这一基础之上合理运用斗争策略,不仅有效地化解了政治风险,也推进了该县各项工作的整改。对这一事变的科学应对,充分体现了宁都县委的政治能力,也为今天提升各级党委与党员干部的政治能力提供了借鉴。

The"7·22 Red Guard Incident"in Ningdu was a"sabotaging Soviet activity"by the counter-revolutionaries in 1932,which took advantage of the mistakes of Soviet government staff.In dealing with the incident,the Ningdu county Party committee made a scientific determination and accurate judgment on the nature of the incident and on the situation at that time from a political point of view.On this basis,Ningdu county Party committee reasonably used the strategy of struggle,which not only effectively solved the political risks,but also promoted the rectification of the county’s work.The scientific responses to this incident fully reflected the political ability of Ningdu county Party committee,and provide a reference for promotion of the political ability of Party committees at all levels and Party cadres.
