应然视角下人文学科科研评价制度改革方向分析——以清华大学为例

Reform Direction of Humanities Discipline Evaluation System under the Theoretical Perspective:Taking Tsinghua University as an Example

科研评价改革是教育评价改革中的重要内容。人文学科具有研究周期长时性、研究对象复杂性、研究方法独特性、研究成果多样性等特点,从而决定了对其评价应更有针对性。本文从应然视角出发,构建了关于科研评价制度的理论模型,并以清华大学的人文学科科研评价制度为案例,结合理论模型进行了讨论分析。最后,提出了人文学科的科研评价制度应朝着评价标准多元化、评价周期长时化、评审专家公开化、评价环境宽松化的方向进行改进。

The reform of scientific research evaluation is an important part of educational evaluation. The humanities have the characteristics of long-term research cycle,complexity of research objects,uniqueness of research methods,and diversity of research results,which determine that their evaluation should be more targeted. Based on the theoretical perspective,this paper constructs theoretical models for the evaluation of scientific research in disciplines,and analyzes the evaluation system of humanities in Tsinghua University. Finally,it is proposed that the scientific research evaluation of the humanities should be improved in the direction of diversification of evaluation standards,long evaluation period,open evaluation of experts,and evaluation of environmental easing.
