北京市郊区禽类猪类从业人员禽流感血清学调查

Serological Survey of Avian Influenza in Poultry and Swine Workers in Suburban District of Beijing City

摘要 目的了解北京市郊区禽类猪类从业人员禽流感血清学监测情况,为进一步制定禽流感防控措施提供科学依据。方法2017-05/06,采用横断面调查方法开展问卷调查和血清采集,并用血凝抑制试验进行抗体滴度检测。结果共采集255份血清标本,阳性标本15件,阳性率5.88%,检出阳性率最高为H5N6亚型。其中禽类从业人员血清标本102件,阳性标本8件,阳性率7.84%,猪类从业人员采样数153件,阳性标本7件,阳性率4.58%,不同性别(χ^2=6.093,P=0.014)、不同从业接触方式(管理、屠宰加工、养殖)(χ^2=6.179,P=0.024)禽流感血清检测阳性率差异有统计学意义。结论女性、养殖者禽流感血清阳性率检出较高,提示应采取加强宣教、做好个人防护等各种积极措施预防禽流感。加强职业人群血清学监测,对有效评估和防控禽流感有重要意义。 Objective To explore avian influenza infection among occupational exposure population in Fangshan of Beijing so as to find out scientific basis for avian influenza control and prevention.Methods A cross-sectional survey containing questionnaire survey and serum collection was carried out by in May and June 2017,and antibody titer of serum samples was detected by coagulation inhibition test.Results A total of 255 serum samples was collected and detected,15 of them were positive(5.88%).The highest positive rate detected was H5N6 subtype.There were 102 serum samples from poultry workers;8 of them were positive(7.84%).153 serum samples were collected from swine workers;7 of them were positive(4.58%).There were statistical differences in positive rates of avian influenza serum detection among different contact ways(χ^2=6.093,P=0.014).Conclusion The serum positive rate of avian influenza in women and feeder was higher.This finding suggests that active measures should be taken to prevent avian influenza,such as reinforcing education and personal protection.It is necessary to strengthen the surveillance for avian virus infection in poultry and swine workers,which will benefit the effective prevention and control of human infection with avian influenza virus.
