糖痹外洗方足浴治疗I期糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化性病变30例

Treatment of 30 Cases of Stage Ⅰ Diabetic Lower Extremity Atherosclerosis by Foot Bath with Tangbi Waixi Decoction(糖痹外洗方)

目的:探讨糖痹外洗方足浴治疗I期糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化性病变的疗效及作用机制。方法:选择糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化性病变Fontaine I期患者30例,在饮食控制、适量运动、血糖控制、血压控制、降脂治疗等基础治疗上予糖痹外洗方足浴,治疗3个疗程后,比较治疗前后的踝肱指数(ABI)、血黏度、炎性因子水平。结果:治疗后,患者的ABI明显高于治疗前,全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖痹外洗方足浴治疗I期糖尿病性下肢动脉粥样硬化性病变具有一定疗效,机制可能与减轻炎症及降低血黏度相关。

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Tangbi Waixi Decoction in the treatment of stageⅠ diabetic lower extremity atherosclerosis. Methods: Thirty patients with stageⅠ diabetic lower extremity atherosclerosis were selected and treated with Tangbi Waixi Decoction on the basis of diet control,moderate exercise, blood sugar control, blood pressure control and lipid-lowering therapy. After three courses of treatment, the levels of ABI, blood viscosity and inflammatory factors were compared before and after treatment.Results: After treatment, the ABI of patients was significantly higher than that before treatment, the whole blood high shear viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity were lower than those before treatment, and the serum hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-alpha levels were lower than those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Tangbi Waixi Decoction foot bath has certain curative effect on stageⅠdiabetic lower extremity atherosclerosis. The mechanism may be related to reducing inflammation and blood viscosity.
