骨科中医护理研究文献的可视化分析

根据CNKI中有关文献,运用科学计量工具Citespace绘制知识图谱,对骨科中医护理研究领域进行可视化分析。骨科中医护理研究领域合作关系松散,无影响较大的作者或团队;从关键词的词频、中心性及聚类分析来看,膝骨关节炎、疼痛、便秘、中医辨证施护、股骨颈骨折、患者、护理干预、腰椎间盘突出症为研究热点,以中医临床护理效果为主;研究方向聚焦在辨证施护、中医、中药熏蒸、熏洗、压疮、骨质疏松、临床疗效、克氏针、腰椎间盘突出症、胸腰椎、尿潴留、髋部骨折等方面;研究趋向整体观、辨证观及中西医结合的综合护理,挖掘中医特色护理技术,深入关注以患者为中心的疼痛、长期卧床护理、睡眠质量和焦虑,更多关注老年患者;该领域研究者共识逐渐增加,正处于学科发展范式的前科学时期。

According to the relevant documents published on CNKI, Citespace is used to draw knowledge maps for visual analysis in the field of Chinese medicine nursing on orthopedic. The research shows that:(1)The cooperation relationship in this field is loose, and there is no author or team with great influence.(2)Osteoarthritis of knee joint, pain, constipation, TCM differential nursing, femoral neck fracture, patients, nursing intervention, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation are the research hotspots, with TCM clinical nursing effect as the main focus.(3) The research direction focuses on syndrome differentiation nursing, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine fumigation, fumigation and washing, pressure sore, osteoporosis, clinical efficacy,Kirschner wire, lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, thoracolumbar spine, urinary retention, hip fracture, and so on.(4) Researchs tend to holistic view, dialectical view and integrated nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, excavate traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing technology, pay close attention to patientcentered pain, long-term bedridden nursing, sleep quality and anxiety, and pay more attention to elderly patients.(5) The consensus of researchers in this field is gradually increasing, and it is in the pre-scientific period of discipline development paradigm.
