非全日制护理硕士专业学位研究生专业方向设置的分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the professional orientation of part-time nursing master degree graduates

摘要 目的探讨我国非全日制护理硕士研究生的专业方向设置,以期为我国非全日制护理硕士专业学位研究生教育的培养和发展提供参考依据。方法查找我国2019年具有招生资格的高校信息,调查34所招收非全日制护理硕士专业学位研究生院校的入学条件、专业方向设置等情况。结果24所院校设置了具体的专业方向,主要集中于专科护理,占总体的62.50%(15/24),招生院校中尚无中医院校;所有院校报考条件中均未对临床工作经验作强制要求;华中和华东地区招生院校专业方向设置分别占95.83%(23/24),91.67%(22/24)。结论我国非全日制护理硕士研究生教育尚处于起步阶段,招生专业方向设置多样但较笼统,应统一规范设置,加强中医护理方向;地区间教育发展不均衡,应增强院校间学术交流与合作。 Objective To explore the professional orientation of part-time nursing master,in order to provide reference for the cultivation and development of the education of part-time nursing master in China.Methods The information of colleges and universities with admission qualification in 2019 was searched,and the admission requirements and specialty orientation setting of 34 colleges and universities that enrolled part-time nursing master's degree students were investigated.Results The 24 colleges and universities set specific professional directions,mainly focusing on specialized nursing,accounting for 62.50%(15/24)of the total.Clinical work experience is not mandatory in all institutions;In central China and east China,95.83%(23/24)and 91.67%(22/24)of the colleges and universities admitted students set their major directions respectively.Conclusion China′s part-time nursing postgraduate education is still in its initial stage,and the professional orientation of enrollment is varied but general,so it should be standardized to strengthen the direction of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing.Educational development is not balanced among different regions,and academic exchanges and cooperation between colleges and universities should be strengthened.
