舒适护理对肾病综合征患者负性情绪及护理质量的影响

Effect of comfort nursing on negative emotions and nursing quality of patients with nephrotic syndrome

目的分析舒适护理对肾病综合征患者的干预效果。方法纳入我院治疗的肾病综合征患者90例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例。试验组接受常规护理加舒适护理,对照组接受常规治疗,比较两组患者护理质量、护理满意度及焦虑、抑郁等指标。结果舒适护理组与对照组患者的皮肤感染率(4.44%vs 20.00%)及水肿消退率(91.11%vs 73.33%)对比存在显著差异(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者护理前焦虑、抑郁评分结果无显著差异(P>0.05)。护理后,两组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均显著下降,但试验组患者较对照组的下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理对肾病综合征患者可有效降低皮肤感染发生率,促进水肿消退,改善患者抑郁、焦虑等负性情绪及预后,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing intervention on patients with nephrotic syndrome.Methods 90 cases of patients with nephrotic syndrome treated in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group.The patients in the experimental group received routine care and comfortable nursing care.The control group received routine nursing only.The nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups.Results There was significant differences of skin infection rate(4.44%vs 20.00%)and edema regression rate(91.11%vs 73.33%)between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group with 80.00%(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were significantly lower after nursing intervention than those before nursing care,and theparameters above of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of skin infection,promote the edema subsided,improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression as well as the prognosis,also improve the quality of life of patients with nephrotic syndrome.
