心理干预对烧伤病人焦虑抑郁状态的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in the burn patients

目的探讨心理干预对烧伤病人焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将2018年2月~2019年7月我院收治的烧伤病人共154例分成对照组、研究组,每组77例。在基础治疗的基础上,对照组施以常规护理,而研究组配合心理干预。比较两组患者护理干预前后的焦虑、抑郁情绪,同时调查患者治疗依从性与生活质量,比较患者的护理满意度。结果研究组干预后的SAS评分以及SDS评分都低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组治疗依从性评分明显比对照组高(P<0.05);研究组生活质量各指标评分都高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论烧伤病人通过心理干预,可以缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,提高生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in the burn patients.Method From February 2018 to July 2019,154 burn patients were randomly divided into control group and research group,77 in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given psychological intervention.Anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after nursing intervention.At the same time,treatment compliance and quality of life were investigated,and nursing satisfaction was compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the control groups(P<0.05).After intervention,the treatment compliance score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life index scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The survey showed that the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Conclusion Psychological intervention can alleviate anxiety and depression in burn patients,improve the quality of life and the nursing satisfaction in the burn patients.
