毫米波联合吗啡缓释片治疗癌性疼痛的效果观察

Efficacy of millimeter wave combined with morphine sustained release tablets in the treatment of cancer pain

目的探讨癌性疼痛患者临床采用毫米波联合吗啡缓释片的效果。方法选取2017年3月至2019年4月间湖北省十堰市太和医院收治的68例癌性疼痛患者,依据治疗方法不同分为观察组(33例)和对照组(35例)。观察组患者采用毫米波联合吗啡缓释片治疗,对照组患者采用吗啡缓释片单药治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、不良反应、疼痛情况和活动能力。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为93.9%,高于对照组患者的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为6.0%,低于对照组患者的25.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视觉模拟评分法评分较对照组低,活动能力评分较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论癌性疼痛患者采用毫米波联合吗啡缓释片可在提高临床疗效的同时降低不良反应发生率,建议推广。

Objective To analyze the practical value of millimeter wave combined with morphine sustained release tablets in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods A total of 68 patients with cancer pain admitted to Taihe Hospital from March 2017 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.According to the sequence of admission,they were assigned to an observation group(33 patients)and a control group(35 patients).The observation group was given millimeter wave combined with morphine sustained release tablets and the control group was only given morphine sustained-release tablets.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,pain and activity were compared between the two groups.Results The overall clinical efficacy was93.9%for the observation group,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.0%in the observation group which was lower than 25.7%of the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score was lower in the observation group than in the control group and the Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score was higher in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion it is recommended for the patients with cancer pain to use millimeter wave combined with morphine sustained-release tablets to improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
