Design of the Control System of HPPP Primary Standard

本文介绍了国家石油天然气大流量计量站武汉分站(以下简称"武汉分站") HPPP原级标准装置的测控系统设计,包括硬件和软件设计两个部分,硬件方面包括上位机、采集设备、温度压力变送器等;软件部分使用LabVIEW开发,系统可实现远程控制、实时数据采集、工艺参数显示、流程切换和校准结果显示。

This paper introduces the design of the control system for the HPPP primary standard of the Wuhan branch of national station of petroleum & natural gas flow measurement,including hardware and software design. The hardware includes the upper computer and the acquisition device,temperature and pressure transmitter. The software was developed by LabVIEW. The system can realize remote control,real-time data acquisition,process parameter display,process switching and calibration results display.
