摘要
本文针对地埋卧式金属罐3D DISTO检测方法,该方法根据激光测距技术和角度测量技术形成罐壁三维坐标点数据,3D DISTO按程序设计对圆筒体和封头扫描,并记录各测点的水平角、天顶距、斜距形成点运坐标数据文件在电脑中,由后处理软件计算,并和JJG 266-1996《卧式金属罐容积》检定规程中几何测量法进行比较,验证了采用3D DISTO测量地埋卧式金属罐容积的可行性,采用3D DISTO检测方法测量卧式金属罐容积,测量精确度高,对测量环境适应性强,自动化程度及作业安全性高,劳动强度小。
This article needle buried horizontal metal cans 3D DISTO detection method,the method based on laser ranging and Angle measurement technology to form the tank wall 3D coordinate point data,3D DISTO according to the program design of the cylinder body and head scanning,and record the horizontal Angle of each measuring point,zenith distance,slant distance form the point coordinate data files in the computer,calculated by the post-processing software,and JJG 266-1996 the horizontal metal cans capacity verification regulation of geometric measurement method are compared,verified the buried horizontal metal cans are measured with 3D DISTO volume is feasible,the 3D DISTO test method is adopted to measure the volume of horizontal metal tank,with high measurement accuracy,strong adaptability to the measurement environment,high degree of automation and operation safety,and low labor intensity.
