2012-2017年阆中市60岁及以上老年人伤害死亡分析

Analysis on Injury Death Among the Elderly Aged 60 Years and Above in Langzhong City From 2012 to 2017

目的了解阆中市60岁及以上老年人伤害死亡情况、构成特点及其影响因素,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法对人口死亡信息登记管理系统中报告的阆中市2012-2017年60岁及以上老年人伤害死亡数据进行描述性统计分析。结果2012-2017年阆中市因伤害死亡2870人,粗死亡率为55.25/10万,其中60岁及以上老年人伤害死亡1317人,平均粗死亡率为143.84/10万,标化率为153.34/10万,占全人群伤害死亡45.89%。男性死亡率(157.98/10万)高于女性(129.39/10万),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=13.029,P<0.01)。意外跌落居老年人伤害死亡原因首位(占30.98%),其次是自杀、机动车辆交通事故、淹死、意外中毒,前5位伤害原因占总伤害死亡的87.93%。结论阆中市60岁及以上老年人伤害死亡率较高,且呈逐年上升趋势。应根据主要伤害死亡的类型、特点制定综合防治措施,降低伤害死亡率。

Objective To understand the characteristics and influencing factors of injury death among the elderly aged 60 years old and above in Langzhong city,which provide scientific basis for the development of the prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis was performed on the death information of the elderly aged 60 years old and above reported in the Population Death Information Registration and Management System in Langzhong city from 2012 to2017.Results From 2012 to 2017,a total of 2870 people died of injury in Langzhong city;the crude injury mortality was 55.25/105.The number of injury deaths of the elderly aged 60 years old and above was 1317;the average crude injury mortality among the elderly aged 60 years old and above in Langzhong city was 143.84/105,and the standardized injury mortality was 153.34/105,accounting for 45.89% of the injury death in total population.Male injury mortality(157.98/105)was higher than that of female(129.39/105),which was statistically significant(χ^2=13.029,P<0.01).Falling was the leading cause of injury deaths among the elderly aged 60 years old and above(accounting for 30.98%),following by suicide,motor vehicle traffic accidents,drowning and accidental poisoning,which was the top five causes of injury deaths,and the top five injury causes accounted for 87.93%of the total injury deaths.Conclusion The mortality rate of injury in the elderly aged 60 years old and above was relatively high in Langzhong city,and showed an increasing trend annually.Comprehensive prevention and control measures should be formulated according to the types and characteristics of the main injury deaths aiming to reduce the injury mortality.
