摘要
介绍宝钢4#连铸机结晶器原有振动系统,指出存在问题,针对性提出改造内容。对4^#连铸机结晶器电动缸振动控制过程、技术指标进行介绍,比较结晶器正弦和非正弦振动特性,阐明振动参数选取依据。根据结晶器电动缸振动在4#连铸机应用效果,认为该振动系统具有结构简单、振动平稳、运行精准等优点,为4^#连铸机稳定生产提供有力保障。
The original oscillation system of Baosteel’s No. 4 continuous caster mould is summarized,the deficiencies and improved contents are introduced as well. In the mean time,the control system diagram of mould electric cylinder oscillation,technical specifications,characteristics of the sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal oscillation,reasons for selected oscillation parameters are introduced. On the basis of the application of electric cylinder oscillation for Baosteel’s No. 4 continuous caster mould,the oscillating system is believed to have many advantages,such as a simple structure,stable oscillation,accurate operation,etc.,which ensure No. 4 Continuous Caster’s smooth production.
