摘要
电动翻转冷床是小方坯连铸机出坯区关键设备之一,具有工作稳定性高、环保节能等优点。电机及减速器装置是电动翻转冷床的核心设备,通过对某钢厂某型号电动翻转冷床负载力的计算,为电动翻转冷床驱动装置的选型提供了理论依据,为电动翻转冷床的稳定工作提供了保障。
Electric overturning cooling bed is one of the key equipments in billet casting area. It has the advantages of high stability,environmental protection and energy saving. The motor and reducer are the core equipment of the electric overturning cooling bed. By calculating the load force of a certain type of electric overturning cooling bed in a steel plant,the theoretical basis is provided for the selection of the driving device of the electric overturning cooling bed,and the guarantee for the stability of the electric overturning cooling bed is provided.
