摘要
主要对带式输送机受料段出现的撒料、缓冲托辊磨损等常见问题进行分析,在总结实践经验的基础上结合其结构特点,提出了几种入料方式并对受料段的结构进行改进,以提高输送机的运行效率,延长使用寿命。
Common problems such as falling materials and wear of impact idlers in feeding section of belt conveyor are analyzed in this paper. According to the practical experience and the structure characteristics of the loading section,several feeding methods are proposed and the structure of feeding section is improved. These methods and structure can improve operation efficiency of conveyor and prolong service life of conveyor.
