本钢高炉停炉操作实践

摘要 对本钢7号高炉停炉操作实践进行了总结。通过停炉前对炉料负荷的调整和炉顶设备的改进,打水控料位中对风量、顶温和出铁时间等参数的合理控制,共用时22h40min成功将料位降至风口以下,停炉后用时11h41min将炉缸残铁快速放出,实现了安全顺利停炉,为今后高炉大修提供宝贵经验。 Summarized the practice summary of Benxi Steel’s No. 7 blast furnace blow down operation.Adjustment of coke load and improvement of top equipment before stopping the furnace,and reasonable control of parameters such as air volume,top temperature and tapping time in reduce the ore level process,The material level was successfully reduced to below the tuyere in 22 h40 min. After the furnace is shut down,the residual iron in the furnace is quickly released in 11 h41 min. Achieved safe and smooth shutdown,providing valuable experience for future blast furnace overhaul.
