早期先兆流产多归于祖国医学中"胎漏"和"胎动不安"等范围,中医药在治疗本病具有明显优势。曾倩教授认为胎漏、胎动不安多由脾肾两虚,气血不足,以致胎失所养,胎元不固,故安胎尤重脾肾,同时兼顾它脏。中医五行理论中,五行配五脏,水土乃万物生长之根本,肝木居天地之间,万物以荣,心火光明烛照万物,肺金清明,生生不息。五脏协调则胎元稳固可安。
