摘要
目的:比较优选穿心莲的提取工艺方法。方法:采用正交设计L9(3^4),以干膏收率、穿心莲内脂和脱水穿心莲内脂含量为考察指标,综合评价考察最佳超声提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为穿心莲药材粗粉加70%的乙醇10倍量,超声提取3次,每次60分钟,低温减压干燥。结论:通过本优选方法筛选的工艺合理可行。
Objective:To compare the optimum extraction process of Andrographis paniculata(Burm. f.) Nees. Methods:Orthogonal design L9(34) was used to investigate the yield of dry cream, content of andrographis lactone and dehydroandrographis lactone. Results:The best extraction process was that the crude powder of Andrographis paniculata was extracted by ultrasonic for 1 hour with 70% ethanol. Conclusion:The method is reasonable and feasible.
