苓桂术甘汤加减联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Modified Linggui Zhugan Decoction Combined with Metoprolol in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察苓桂术甘汤加减联合美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的疗效。方法:选取2015年8月~2018年2月我院收治的100例CHF患者为对象,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组(n=50)和观察组(n=50),对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予苓桂术甘汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床疗效、中医症候积分、心功能指标[左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心射血分数(LVEF)]、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)变化及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组中医症候积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组LVESD、LVEF、LVEDd及NT-proBNP水平的均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组总有效率为88.0%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);治疗后观察组不良反应发生率为6.0%,显著低于对照组的28.0%(P<0.05)。结论:苓桂术甘汤加减联合美托洛尔治疗CHF的疗效显著,可有效的改善患者的症状和心功能,且安全性较高,值得进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of using Modified Linggui Zhugan Decoction combined with metoprolol in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods:100 patients with CHF in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2018 were chosen in the study, they were divided into controlled group(n=50) and observation group(n=50) by random number table. The controlled group was given metoprolol treatment, the observation was given Modified Linggui Zhugan Decoction on the basis of the controlled group.The clinical efficacy, TCM symptom score, cardiac function index [left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDd), left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD), left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)], N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) changes and incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups after treatment were compared. Results:After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The levels of LVESD, LVEF, LVEDd and NT-proBNP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 88.0%, significantly higher than that of the controlled group(66.67%)(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.0% after treatment, significantly lower than that of the controlled group(28.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion:The efficacy of using Modified Linggui Zhugan Decoction combined with metoprolol in the treatment of CHF is significant, which can effectively improve the symptoms and heart function of patients, it is safe and worthy of further promotion.
