小青龙汤合补肺汤治疗肺寒兼虚证儿童的效果及肺通气功能指标的影响

Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Bufei Decoction on children with lung cold and deficiency syndrome and its influence on pulmonary ventilation function index

目的:观察小青龙汤联合补肺汤对肺寒兼虚证儿童的疗效及肺通气功能的影响。方法:选择本院收治的肺寒兼虚证患儿104例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组给予小青龙汤合补肺汤治疗,疗程14d。观察两组患者在治疗中症状改善时间,检测两组在治疗前后炎症相关因子水平变化,比较两组患者在肺通气功能上的改善情况。结果:观察组在治疗过程中的咳嗽等临床症状改善时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组中的总有效率分别为96.15%和82.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗结束后两组中炎症相关因子水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组的肺功能较治疗前都明显增强(P<0.05),且观察组在肺功能的改善方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤和补肺汤能显著改善肺寒兼虚证儿童的临床症状,提高患者的肺功能,起到袪寒补肺的功效,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To observe theEffect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Bufei Decoction on children with lung cold and deficiency syndrome and its influence on pulmonary ventilation function index.Methods:104 children with lung cold and deficiency syndrome in the hospital were enrolled.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The observation group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Bufei Decoction.The course of treatment lasted for 14 days.The time of symptom improvement in the treatment of the two groups was observed.The levels changes of inflammation-related factors before and after treatment in the two groups were measured.The improvement of lung ventilation function between the two groups was compared.Results:The improvement time of clinical symptoms such as cough in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rates in the observation group and the control group were 96.15%and 82.69%,respectively(P<0.05).The levels of inflammation-related factors in the two groups were lower after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The lung function of the two groups after treatment was improved than that before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement in lung function of the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Decoction and Bufei Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with lung cold and deficiency syndrome,improve the pulmonary function of patients,which play the role of relieving coldness and nourishing the lungs.
