中药外敷联合阿片类药物治疗癌性疼痛疗效观察

Curative Observation of Applying External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Opioid Drugs in the Treatment of Cancer Pain

目的:观察自拟中药冰火散外敷联合阿片类药物治疗中重度癌痛的疗效。方法:将60例确诊为癌症的中重度癌痛患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组中度疼痛患者给予口服盐酸曲马多片;重度疼痛给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药冰火散外敷;10天后观察两组间疗效。结果:治疗组疼痛有效缓解率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗期间在不良反应及爆发痛发生比较,治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组KPS评分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药冰火散外敷联合阿片类药物能提高止痛疗效、减少不良反应发生、提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the efficiency of applying external application of the self-made traditional Chinese medicine Binghuo Powder combined with Opioid drugs in the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods:Sixty patients with moderate to severe cancer pain were randomly divided into controlled group and treatment group. Patients with moderate pain in the controlled group were given oral tramadol tablets;severe pain were given Oxycodone Hydrochloride Prolonged-Release Tablets. The treatment group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine Binghuo Powder on the basis of the controlled group;the effect between the two groups was observed after 10 days. Results:The effective relief rate of pain in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05). The adverse reactions and the onset of pain in the treatment group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The KPS score of the treatment group was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion:External application of traditional Chinese medicine Binghuo Powder combined with Opioid drugs can improve the analgesic effect, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.
