摘要
目前WHO、NIH推荐的针灸适应症以神经系统疾病为主,病种有限,限制了针灸临床应用推广,针灸还可以治疗哪些潜在疾病,是国内外针灸研究的热点问题。以目前针灸基础研究国际较为公认的研究结论"针刺释放内源性阿片肽物质"为切入点,应用蛋白互作软件STRING,构建针刺阿片肽及相关蛋白相互作用网络。利用数据挖掘技术,探索针刺阿片肽系统的重要蛋白,利用人类基因数据库MalaCards探索蛋白功能失常引发的病症,以针刺阿片肽系统的关键蛋白为源节点,以病症为目标节点,利用Gephi软件构建基于针刺阿片肽系统的针刺潜在治疗病症预测系统,从针刺效应靶标分子精准预测针刺潜在的治疗病症,为针灸适应病症的研究提供参考。
Nowadays acupuncture indications that WHO and NIH recommended are mainly neurological diseases,limiting the clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion.Which potential diseases acupuncture can also treat,is the hot issue of acupuncture research at home and abroad.As the breakthrough point,"acupuncture release endogenous opioid peptide"is the most commonly accepted research conclusion based on the current study of acupuncture and moxibustion.Then STRING the protein interaction software is used to construct the acupuncture opioid peptide and related protein interaction network.Using the data mining technique to explore the important protein of the acupuncture opioid peptide system,MalaCards the human protein database was used to explore the disease caused by protein dysfunction.The key protein of the acupuncture opioid peptide system was used as the source node and the disease as the target node.The Gephi software constructs a predicting system for the potential treatment of acupuncture based on acupuncturing opioid peptide system,to accurately predict the potential treatment of acupuncture from the acupuncture effect target molecule,and to provide guidance for acupuncture and moxibustion adaptation.
