2019年,上游原材料价格并未给防水材料企业带来太多成本压力;受基础设施、翻修市场拉动,防水材料的市场需求依然保持强劲,防水材料产量保持增长;但国家经济下行压力加大、房地产投资增速放缓加剧了行业竞争,行业的收入和利润增速有所下降。
In 2019, upstream raw material prices have not brought much cost pressure to waterproofing material companies.Driven by the infrastructure and renovation market, the market demand for waterproofing materials remains strong and the output of waterproofing materials continues to grow. However, the downward pressure on the economy has increased and the slowdown in real estate investment growth has intensified industry competition, the income and profit growth of the industry have declined.
