摘要
宁夏固海长山头渡槽工程老化严重,存在伸缩缝渗水、槽壳混凝土老化、输水能力降低等问题。针对西北地区环境特点,本文分析了传统的伸缩缝防渗形式和渗漏原因,提出了能够适应大变形的涂覆型柔性止水结构形式,选取了综合性能优异的表层防护材料,保证渡槽伸缩缝防渗处理后的功能及止水效果,工程处理取得了良好的效果。
The Changshantou Aqueduct is seriously aged and there are some problems such as water seepage of expansion joint, aging of concrete of tank shell and reduction of water delivery capacity. According to the environmental characteristics of Northwest China, this paper analyzes the seepage prevention form and leakage reason of the traditional expansion joint. A new type of coating type flexible water stop structure which can adapt to large deformation is proposed. The surface protection material with excellent comprehensive performance is selected to ensure the function and water stop effect of the aqueduct expansion joint after anti-seepage treatment. The engineering treatment has achieved good results.
