河南省某三级甲等医院患者对预约就医的认知情况调查 被引量:3

Surveying The Patients’ Cognition of Appointment for Medical Treatment in A Grade Three and First-class Hospital in Henan Province

摘要 目的:了解患者对于预约就医的认知情况,发现目前存在的问题,提出针对性建议及对策。方法:采用自行设计问卷,对河南省某三级甲等医院300名就诊患者进行不记名问卷调查。内容涉及患者基本情况、就医方式、患者对预约就医的认知情况等。采用SPSS19.0对变量进行统计描述、卡方检验等。结果:在就医方式上,52.0%的患者采取现场排队,80.7%的患者选择专家就医。在对预约就医的认知方面,30岁以下、高中及以上文化程度、本地患者更愿意选择预约的方式就医(P<0.001);30岁以下、大专及以上文化程度、本地患者更多的知道预约就医的方法(P<0.001),且了解预约就医的信息渠道更为多样化;50岁以上、初中以下文化程度、外地患者更多地认为现场人工预约的方法更为便捷(P<0.001)。不同年龄段及不同文化程度的患者在导致不愿意选择预约就医的原因方面存在统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:多数患者倾向于传统的现场排队就医模式;年龄偏小、文化程度较高、本地的患者更容易接受预约就医;不清楚应就诊的科室是影响预约就医普及的主要原因。 Objective To survey the patients'cognition of appointment for medical treatment,and put forward targeted suggestions and countermeasures.Methods 300 patients in a grade three and first-class hospital in Henan Province were surveyed with questionnaires,which included basic information,medical-seeking pattern,and cognition of appointment for medical treatment.Data was analyzed with statistical software of SPSS19.0.Results In the way of medical-seeking,52.0%of patients preferred to queue in site,and 80.7%of them chose experts for medical treatment.In terms of cognition of appointment for medical treatment,the patients aged under 30 years old,with education background of high school or above,and in local preferred to the way of appointment for medical treatment.Patients aged under 30 years old,with education background of junior college or above,and in local acquainted with more information about appointment for medical treatment.The patients aged over 50 years,with education background of junior high school,and from other places regarded manual reservation more convenient.There had significant differences among patients with different age and different education background in reasons for choosing the appointment for medical treatment.Conclusion Most patients tend to the traditional on-site queuing medical-seeking mode.Younger,more educated,and local patients are more likely to accept the appointment.The main reason to influence the popularization of appointment for medical treatment was absence of appointed department.
